By pairing a clinically dosed 10% Cica with 5% Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate (PAD), an azelaic acid derivative that's usually only sold as a standalone serum in Indian skincare. Most Cica moisturisers stop at soothing. PAD works at a different level, helping support the skin's own renewal process alongside Cica's barrier-repair work, so the Bear Hug is doing more than calming down redness, in a texture that layers beautifully under or over actives.
